Order Processing Time
All paid orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We endeavour to process paid orders as soon as possible, many of them are sent out same day we receive the order. Delays in processing maybe due to high volume of orders received, insufficient staff to fulfil the orders, waiting on your payment to come through to our bank account or factors outside of our control such as electricity or internet service is down.
Domestic Shipping
At checkout time, you will be able to select your desired shipping service and the shipping rate will then be calculated.
Local Delivery
We offer a limited local delivery service for a low price. This is one of the shipping services selectable when checking out for certain customers in the Australian postcodes 4214, 4215, 4217 and 4218.
Deliveries are made after business hours Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Local Pickup
We do not offer local pick up.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the certain countries (USA, NZ and many European countries and some Asian and middle eastern countries). When checking out, if your country is one we ship to, then a list of various shipping services will be displayed,
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We will ship to PO Boxes if the carrier you select offers that service. Not applicable for local deliveries.
